What is an Apostille?
When life takes you across borders, I'll be there to ensure your documentation travels with you seamlessly. As a flexible mobile notary, I specialize in having your documents authenticated for those embarking on exciting new chapters—whether you're moving overseas to marry, establish a business, study at a university, or adopt a child.
An apostille is a specialized certificate used to authenticate documents for international use. It verifies that a document is legitimate and can be recognized in countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention of 1961. For non-Hague countries, the process is more complex and requires my expertise. This process simplifies the legalization of documents, such as birth certificates, diplomas, or court orders, for use abroad.
Apostilles are used for:
-
Students studying abroad
-
Teachers teaching abroad
-
Adoption agencies
-
Immigration attorneys
-
Companies opening subsidiaries or offices abroad
-
International business attorneys
-
Owners of foreign businesses
-

-

-
Destination wedding planners

Documents needed for overseas:
